For the upcoming extended weekend of Forward in November, the Contemporary Leaders have put together a total of four concerts as well as a family concert and a sound installation with accompanying workshops under the direction of Lucerne Festival’s Contemporary
In addition to 32 symphony concerts featuring the world’s most-renowned orchestras, the program includes solo concerts, chamber music, family concerts, and 42 free events.
In addition to the family concerts, five school performances as well as various school visits by world music groups and Debut artists were offered, with around 5,700 schoolchildren from the Lucerne region taking part.

In the cultural field, the Kühne Foundation provides support to renowned festivals, opera houses, and concert halls in various European countries.
This is accomplished through family and children's concerts, which are tailored to different age groups and offer an introduction to the world of “classical music.”
Five Family Concerts will also be offered. There are 22 events designed exclusively for school classes, including six concerts at the KKL Lucerne, one of which features the Berliner Philharmoniker Brass Ensemble in the Concert Hall.
