ONLINE SALES
Simply search for the concert you would like to attend in the events calendar and click on “purchase tickets.” Then please follow the instructions in our Webshop. Online purchases must be made with registration. If you would like to register as a customer with Lucerne Festival, you will receive a password and access to your own secure customer site where you can view your reservations.

2021 we have implemented a new, more convenient ticketing system. We therefore kindly ask you to request a new password for your current login when purchasing tickets online and for your personal profile management (instruction).
Be on the Lookout: Online Ticket Purchase Scams
We are receiving increasing reports of untrustworthy Internet platforms offering and selling concert tickets to Lucerne Festivalevents at highly inflated prices.
According to Lucerne Festival's General Terms and Conditions, the resale of tickets at prices higher than those shown on the tickets is expressly prohibited.
For your own protection, before making a purchase please carefully check exactly which website you are using and note whether buying tickets incurs any excessive fees.
Print@Home: The Option with No Extra Fees
Purchase your tickets online and print them out yourself in the convenience of your home – with absolutely no processing fee.
TICKET SALES AT THE BOX OFFICE
During our festivals (Summer, Forward, Spring, Piano) you can also purchase tickets at our Lucerne Festival ticketbox in the KKL Luzern. This ticketbox is located at the main entrance of the KKL (lake side) and is open daily from 2 p.m. until the start of the concert in the evening.
For morning, midday, and late-night events at the KKL Luzern, as well as for events at an outdoor venue, you can buy your tickets (subject to availability) on site starting one hour before the concert begins.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING
The main concert hall of the KKL Luzern has six wheelchair spaces with a good view of the stage, which are available on special terms. Wheelchair spaces are also available at the other event locations. The Festival cannot ensure that accompanying persons will receive a seat in the same price category or near the wheelchair space.
Our staff members from Visitor Services are happy to advise when you are ordering tickets. Wheelchair spaces cannot be purchased online. Should you require help at any event venue, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our local staff is always available to help with questions and problems.
To reserve wheelchair spaces please call our ticket sales office directly at +41 (0)41 226 4400. Wheelchair spaces are always made available as soon as online ticket sales begin but can only be reserved by telephone.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts for Students and KulturLegi Holders
Special offers for events that are not sold out will be available at our festivals for grade school, university, and vocational students up to the age of 29 as well as Kultur-Legi holders.
Detailed information on these offers will be available as soon as the Festival begins at lucernefestival.ch/young.
DISCOUNTED TRAVEL
Your concert tickets entitle you to a discount of 40% (1st or 2nd class) for a round trip to Lucerne. (Concert tickets must be presented upon inspection.)
This special ticket must be purchased before beginning your trip: either at a Swiss Rail ticket counter, by calling the SBB Contact Center at 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/minute in the Swiss telephone network), or online at sbb.ch/lucernefestival.
VOUCHERS
Since 16 September 2024 KKL vouchers cannot be accepted anymore.
Lucerne Festival vouchers can be purchased online or ordered by phone. The amount can be selected up to CHF 1'000. Lucerne Festival vouchers can be used to pay for tickets for all Lucerne Festival events and merchandise online. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Vouchers must be used during purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash after purchase.
New Lucerne Festival vouchers that were purchased from 2021 onwards can be redeemed directly online.
To redeem Lucerne Festival vouchers that were purchased before 1 December 2020 please send us the voucher in addition to your desired concert ticket order for processing at Sales & Visitor Services. These vouchers cannot be used online. In case the voucher does not cover the full amount, the rest can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

FEES
In addition to the published prices for tickets and items, for processing your order as well as packaging fees in the case of shop items additional fees incur: with purchase of tickets and items: CHF 7 (online sales) or CHF 10 (written or telephone orders) processing fee per reservation/order
For Print@Home tickets and tickets purchased at the box office the processing fee is waived.
