Lucerne Festival offers not only discounted concert tickets for young adults, but many special offers as well — from shared visits to concerts to meeting artists, from our regular Young & Classic events to Lucerne Festival Young Friends.
 

Discounts

Primary, secondary, university students and vocational school students up to and including the age of 29, can purchase tickets for our festivals in advance at a reduced price of CHF 20 with a promotional code. Proof of this will be checked at the entrance to the Concert Hall. One ticket per person can be purchased per performance. The code for the Spring Festival 2025 will be communicated here and via the newsletter young at the appropriate time. Sign up to our newsletter young to always be informed about our latest offers.

Purchasing at the Box Office
Tickets for all concerts can be purchased at a reduced price at the ticket office from 2 p.m. on the day of the event. In some cases, the reduced tickets are only available shortly before the concert begins.. If the concert starts earlier or takes place at an outdoor venue, the reduced-price tickets are available on site beginning one hour before the start of the event and must be paid for with cash (subject to availability).

WhatsApp News & Newsletter

What’s on for students at the Festival? Which concerts have discounted tickets available? Through our WhatsApp News app, you can be always informed. How does it work? Simply create a contact for our phone number +41 (0)79 385 36 53 and send the message “Start” to it via WhatsApp.

Are you curious about the world of classical music? Would you like to exchange ideas with other people who are passionate about music? Whether you’re a classical music aficionado or a beginner: Young & Classic allows anyone under 30 to attend a concert for just CHF 25 — price includes an aperitif and admission to the concert introduction.

Simply get a taste of the Festival’s atmosphere: the 40min series allow you to become acquainted with selected artists and works early in the evening through a mix of music and conversation, with a completely casual vibe and free admission. We will publish the 2025 Summer Program here in April.
