You don't need to sign up for a new account, we only need your full name and your email address. If you are already a Lucerne Festival customer, your streaming order will automatically be added to your existing customer account.

Our pricing is simple: You pay CHF 1.- per 10 minutes of content.
For example, a stream of 1 minute costs CHF 1.-, 11 minutes cost CHF 2.-, 22 minutes CHF 3.- and so on. The maximum price is CHF 7.-.

Your advantage: Cost transparency for customers, equal treatment of old and new recordings, no price differences depending on repertoire, artists, orchestra, etc.

The purchased video is available to you for 30 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you can access and enjoy it as often as you like.

Please remember to keep the confirmation e-mail for this period so that you can access your personal streaming link again and again.

The experience of recent years has shown that our online audience rarely enjoys an entire concert recording in one sitting.

Lucerne Festival On Demand is based on an interaction of our ticketing platform Secutix and the streaming service easy-connect. Both platforms send a confirmation email by default, unfortunately this cannot be prevented (yet).
