Entrepreneur and Board member Isabelle Welton primarily focuses on strategic issues at the interface between communications and human resources. She can look back on a long career working for global corporations in the financial services and IT industries. Starting at Citibank in Tokyo, she later moved to IBM and held various positions in marketing and communications before taking over as Country General Manager of IBM Switzerland. She moved to Zurich Insurance Group in 2013, where she was responsible for Human Resources & Corporate Culture as a member of the Group Executive Board. Currently, she owns a consulting company focusing on corporate culture and change processes and lives in Singapore. She studied law at the University of Zurich, continuing her education at various universities. Isabelle Welton is a member of the Board of Directors of the NZZ Media Group, and the Siegfried Holding AG and a member of the Board of Trustees of Swiss Contact, SOS Kinderdorf Schweiz, and Lucerne Festival.
