Congrats grads

It is of great importance to Lucerne Festival to inspire young people with a lasting interest in classical music. In order to consolidate our role as an innovative initiator of cultural participation, we are gifting all graduates of the nine Lucerne Kantonsschulen (high schools) a concert visit to Lucerne Festival as they pass their Matura.

The graduates will receive a voucher for two free tickets to a concert of their choice during the 2024 Summer Festival. Lucerne Festival thus reaches over 800 young adults and creates new access to classical music.

This project was developed by Lucerne Festival in close cooperation with the cantonal schools and realized for the first time this summer. Needless to say, we would like to continue this offer in the future. The opportunity to visit Lucerne Festival is set to become an integral part of a successful Matura in the canton of Lucerne.
